Observing body language and understanding it from our own sensations gives us a sense of embodiment and teaches us in depth about emotional regulation.

Being with the horses will connect you to your true essence. You will feel a connection with this powerful animal at the same time a self-connection never experienced before. You will feel a deep sense of calm. You will feel an absolute presence and focus. It will be an unforgettable magical experience which you will not forget.

  • Olive harvest retreat

Every year around Easter, when the moon is full, we pick the olives and start the process of preserving them.

This is a fun organic, natural retreat of harvest. As a metaphor for re-birth, the olive like an egg this time is symbolic of the natural moon harvest. We will be doing some fun sessions around this concept and joining for delicious meals at long trestles tables like under the Tuscan sun. We will watch the huge orange moon come out of the sea and the sunset over Mount Gulaga in the evening. It will be a time to gather around the campfire and tell our stories.

Fun and interesting, enjoying coming together for the harvest feast.

The focus of the Workshops and Retreats

Retreats allow you to come down off the stress ladder and to have the opportunity to feel calm and peaceful in a safe environment of beauty and creativity.

They are to inspire and re-ignite your soul. You will feel your own inner beauty allowing your mind to re-calibrate. You will go home feeling refreshed and resilient to move forward with your life in a new way.

Life is made up of many parts. It is about balancing our relationship and connection with ourselves, our intimate partner, family, friends, our passions, our purpose, our work whilst finding time to stay fit and healthy in mind, body, spirit as we continue to grow, evolve and contribute. We need time to create, learn and grow.

In this 21st century life can get chaotic, overwhelming and too busy. We are constantly bombarded and distracted by social media and constant information. We are living in a crowded, fast paced, technical world. Even though there are so many modalities of communication, our connection to ourselves and others is easily lost. Life can become lonely regardless whether we are surrounded by others.

Life can deliver the unexpected, the uncertain. Trauma and tragedy can hit us. Stress can overwhelm us. We can lose connections and lose our way. Through transitions in life we can lose our purpose. Our bodies can change. Our hormones change. Life like as we know it may be pulled from underneath us. We can be faced with the uncertain.

Constantly filling our brains, bodies and souls with the assaults from life, chemicals, business and stress leads to disease. Our brains and our bodies need to recalibrate and our souls need to catch up. We need to heal. We need to give ourselves time and space to do this. Your health and your time are really valuable. Sometimes we just need time out, to feel nurtured and do something meaningful at the same time.

The focus of the retreats is for you having time to fully relax and have the time to discover what you have not had time or the space to discover about yourself and your life. Perhaps you have been too distracted, too busy, too preoccupied, exhausted and you just haven’t had the chance to have time out. Given time we can explore new learning opportunities, ways of creating.

By being in a relaxed and natural environment and immersed in the moment you will feel your body relax. Through numerous experiential techniques during the course of the retreat, you will engage in the moment and feel your presence and essence. As the retreat progresses there will be changes in your physiology and you will feel yourself re-calibrate.

You will experience the magic of being able to listen to your body for intuitive signals, to take notice and observe the important information it gives to you. You will have the space to sit with the sensations and discover the beauty it holds and how the body does tell the score, how the body is the unconscious mind. At the end of the retreat you will have a deep sense of calm. You will take this memory home with you.

Come, feed your soul, It is time for you!

New Paragraph

Testimonial

"Sarah's Meditation of Art workshop was a beautiful experience, like a mini holiday. I don't have much time at the moment and it was perfect, one day of my life. I didn't have to do much planning. It was just what I needed to relax, slow down and as she says "let my soul catch up." Her energy is contagious, calm and incredibly nurturing and she is a very talented artist. It was so satisfying to take home my own paintings which I created. I went home without the anxiety and was able to focus so much better at home and at work. My family really noticed my happy mood and loved my painting. Incredible that one day can make such a difference."
